Today I managed to get my New Year's Day blog post done and uploaded. The goal for my writing this year is to write something everyday and get it posted. The New Year is here and now it's time to get in gear and keep it moving forward with my writing. Writing is what I want to be successful and accomplished at.
The Goal is Self Discipline
So far I have 3 or 4 posts up on my new blog right now. (Yea! me.) I will continue to just write my musings for right now and worry about adding pages, other websites, etc. later. Eventually I will fill this site with my God, my life, my world, and my self. Right now I'm in training. I'm training myself to be disciplined enough to get into the habit of writing and posting everyday, (even if it's just to say I don't have anything to say or I don't have anything to write). I want my writing to become second nature, if not part of my first.
So this year is all about self discipline (a personal goal), especially in my writing. Disciplining myself to stay the course and not get caught up in all the minor (or major) details that present themselves. Decide on which details to be caught up with and which ones not to. I must judge for myself. I must make the choice for myself whether right, wrong or indifferent, it is my choice and mine alone.
I'm actually quite proud of myself thus far though. It's been hard getting back on track after some major life changes and adjustments we've had to go through last year. But here I am! We are here! We have arrived! We will settle in for a while and tend to the work that is set before us, get things going and see where God will lead us from here on out.
But for now, we get to enjoy where we are, both spiritually and physically.

The *glory* at the end of the journey:
Oh but the *joy* while on the journey.
